A Message from Founder and Managing Director Christopher Parvin
Dear Clients and Visitors,
For over two decades, I’ve had the privilege and honor to serve more than 10,000 Texas families to help them protect what matters most in their lives. Yet, I feel called to expand my service outside of practicing law. After much consideration, I have made the difficult decision to cease operations at the Parvin Law Group, P.C. to focus on that calling.
Throughout our journey, our primary goal has been to provide exceptional legal services and build lasting relationships. It has truly been an honor and privilege for us to serve our clients and we are profoundly grateful for the trust and support you have shown us over the years.
We hope that you will continue to connect with us at White Rhino Coffee and the White Rhino Coffee Foundation as we continue our mission to try to make the world a better place and make a positive impact on our neighbors.
If you are a current client, please see important information below to make sure your matters get resolved and transferred to new representation smoothly.
Should you have any questions or need further assistance, a member of our team can be reached at 469-607-4500.
Sincerely,
Christopher J. Parvin
Current Client Transition Information
Per our mail and email communications sent out, there are three important areas where we need your attention for a smooth transition: retainer refunds, transferring your file to a new attorney, and filing a motion with the court.
- If you have funds currently on retainer with us, we will refund your remaining balance after billing closes on August 30, 2024. If you have a current balance with us, you can submit payment here or by using the “Pay Now” link below. Concerns regarding your billing should be directed to the Firm’s accounting department at 469-607-4500.
- Please make arrangements to have your file transmitted to yourself or your new chosen counsel before August 26, 2024. PLG will retain a copy of your file for a period of five (5) years after ceasing matter operations. Once you have selected new counsel, please notify PLG so we may transmit your file to them.
- It will likely be necessary for your new counsel to file an Agreed Motion to Substitute them in place of PLG for notice purposes. If we do not receive notice of your new counsel, we will notify you via letter that an Agreed Motion to Withdraw will be forthcoming.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and for being our client. It’s the personal connections that make this decision so much more challenging. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please schedule a time to speak with a member of our team at 469-607-4500.
