Clint Davis ensures the people of the great state of Texas are protected from those who cause harm. He possesses a depth of experience in cases involving corporate irresponsibility, consumer fraud, consumer protection, landlord/tenant disputes and family law matters. Fighting side-by-side with his clients for their justice, Clint establishes deep relationships with those he represents. Simply put, Clint is driven to this practice because of the rewards it offers in helping his clients and making positive changes for everyone. Practiced in consumer law, Clint understands how the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act protects consumers from bad businesses. Clint fights for his clients, most of who were fed false statements, misleading advertisements and exaggerations by bad businesses. As a zealous consumer advocate, Clint protects his clients’ interest and achieves the best possible results. Clint’s expertise in landlord/tenant disputes extends to both residential and commercial property disputes. Clint helps both lessees and lessors understand their rights and responsibilities under Texas law, and gets his clients what they deserve. For the tumultuous times in a person’s life, Clint provides stability and commitment, providing individualized care to each of his clients. With tenacious advocacy, Clint helps good people through bad times, carefully tailoring strategies to attain his client’s goals. Born in Monroe, Louisiana, Clint and his family have lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for over 20 years. After studying political science and history at the University of Texas at Arlington, Clint earned his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in December 2014. While in school, Clint served as a student attorney with Texas A&M School of Law’s Family Law and Benefits Legal Clinic, assisting members of the community with a variety of family law issues, including divorce petitions. Licensed in Texas, Clint now handles complex litigation throughout the state.
