A native of DFW, Lindsey has made it her mission to help people navigate the complicated world of law, loss, and future planning. She is passionate about helping clients navigate the legal aspects of losing a loved one, planning for the legacy they want to leave behind and realizing their dreams in the present, whether that be by opening their own business or growing their assets.
Practiced in estate planning and probate law, Lindsey has a deep understanding of the intricacies of drafting wills, trusts, and deeds for families and individuals. She is a fearless advocate for her clients when providing defense and legal counsel during the proving of wills in Probate Court, and when assisting families with the heirship process during probate.
Lindsey prides herself on informing and educating clients with honest solutions for asset protection, guardianship, special needs trusts, gun trusts, divorce estate planning, and the drafting of employment agreements and contracts.
